- D9680 Accounts have been audited - Conference has two major sponsors, RAMS and Phil McCarrol.
- District ran at a surplus of approx $9,000

Number 14 2008-2009 LAST MEETING HIGHLIGHTS PP Peter: Highlighted the bio of the DGE John Cameron in the bulletin. Especially the Novus Foundation which is a Wahroonga initiative. Operation Boltdown raised approx $500 which was donated to PCYC - there will be two more this year. U Beaut Car sale, video on the website. PCYC 40th year in Hornsby - there will be a celebration. Would like Rotary and PCYC to be more linked. Bowlers at Waitara are now a PCYC project so they will continue to operate at the bowling. |  |
Number 13 2008-2009 Cheap Eats – Korean BBQ Due to an editorial oversight this item was left out of last weeks’ bulletin – (the editor has had his pay stopped for this week) Nearly all club members attended a social function organised by PP Ralf at the Korean BBQ Restaurant at Turramurra. |  |
Number 12 2008-2009 Congratulations to Rtn Ivan Finlay Twelve months of hard work came to fruition for Ivan this last weekend with our first Car Boot Sale. The sale was well received by both buyers and sellers and has the potential to provide a good steady income stream to the club. |  |

Number 9 2008-2009 In the absence of President Arthur the meeting was chaired by President Elect Rtn Wendy Escott. PP Peter Kirkwood reviewed the DG visit from last week. Acting President Wendy advised that the District was now setting up an office at Thornleigh and that the Youth Exchange Committee was looking at taking advantage of it. |  |
Number 8 2008-2009 Last weeks meeting saw the first visit of DG Tony Castley and his wife Sandra to the club. DG Tony praised the club for it’s dedication and number of projects underway, especially given the size of the club. |  |
Number 7 2008-2009 President Arthur Godfrey: - Stewart has requested a leave of absence until January, we need a volunteer to replace him as Treasurer (later decided as Simon Slevin)
- There will be a D9680 Golf Day at Gosford on September 22nd.

Number 6 2008-2009 Arthur: - The DG visit is now 18th August, this will be a partners night and our first ‘sit-down” meal.
- District Conference is 12th 15th March 2009 at Newcastle.

- DG would like us to set ourselves a personal PB
- The Rotary Council for Legislation is meeting in 2010
- Studio ARTES raised over $30,000 during Carnivale
